Not too sure how you get this mailer.  This is one of the great mysteries that is Target.  It isn’t if you have a credit or debit card, as I do not have one of those and have never applied.  I don’t believe it is with baby registry as I have not created one in over 7 years.  So, your guess is as good as mine as to how you get them (and don’t call Target and ask as they are just as cluelss as the rest of us).
