**NEW** Walmart Ad Match/Coupon Policy

This is the official policy given to the stores.  They do not have anything that tells about the doubling, but it is pretty cut and dry.  They will double any Manufacturer's Coupons up to $.99.  Competitor's coupons are accepted, but only at "face value".  The picture is of a high enough quality that it should print well enough to read.  This even explains how the cashier's are to ring up the coupons.  The "X'd" out part is not how they properly ring up Competitor's Coupons for $ off.  They take that amount off of the actual price of the product, then you can use a Manufacturer's Coupon as well.  Hence, you can stack a Store Q & a Man. Q now!  I hope this helps everyone to understand the policy a little more.
